Shipping Policy

1) Order Processing & Fulfillment

• Processing time: Most in-stock Research Product orders ship within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding federal holidays). Peak periods or large orders may require additional time.
• Storage Solutions products: 3D printed vial holders, storage cases, and accessories are produced on demand and may require additional processing time before shipment.
• Mixed orders: Orders containing both Research Products and Storage Solutions may ship separately. When necessary, Priority Aminos may ship Research Products first to avoid delaying fulfillment while Storage Solutions items are being produced.
• Order verification: To comply with RUO requirements, we may request end-use confirmation, business or institutional details, or deny/cancel orders that do not meet compliance standards.
• Backorders / preorders: If an item is backordered or made-to-order, we will email an estimated ship window. You may cancel prior to shipment for a full refund on unshipped items.

2) Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

• Priority Aminos currently ships via USPS within the United States only.
• Standard Shipping — $9.99: Our economical shipping option. Orders may ship using USPS Ground Advantage or another appropriate domestic service depending on order type, package size, and fulfillment requirements.
• Priority Shipping — $14.99: An upgraded shipping option for customers who prefer faster shipping. Orders may ship using USPS Priority Mail or another appropriate expedited domestic service.
• Free Standard Shipping (Orders $200+): Eligible orders with a subtotal of $200 or more qualify for Free Standard Shipping. Free Standard Shipping may use USPS Ground Advantage or another economical domestic shipping service. Priority Shipping may remain available as a paid upgrade.
• Mixed Research Product + Storage Solutions orders: Shipping rates may adjust at checkout due to additional packaging, handling requirements, or possible split shipments.
• Transit times are carrier estimates and exclude processing time. Weather, carrier delays, and other disruptions may extend delivery.

3) Tracking & Delivery

• You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link when your order ships.
• Signature on delivery: We may require a signature for high-value shipments at our discretion.
• Risk of loss: Title and risk of loss transfer upon carrier acceptance at our shipping point.

4) Temperature & Handling Notes

• Products are supplied as lyophilized powders. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, cold-chain shipping is not required for transit.
• Any reconstitution and storage conditions (e.g., sterile water, buffers, aliquoting, temperature) are the responsibility of the purchasing laboratory and must follow appropriate SOPs.

5) Domestic Shipping Only

• United States: Priority Aminos currently ships only within the United States. Carrier options and rates appear during checkout. Taxes may be collected where required by law.
• International shipping: Priority Aminos does not currently offer international shipping. Orders requiring shipment outside the United States are not eligible for fulfillment.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled due to shipping limitations, compliance requirements, or other restrictions.

6) Address Issues, Undeliverable, & Refused Shipments

• Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
• Undeliverable or refused packages returned to us will be processed as follows: original shipping charges are non-refundable; reshipment requires payment of new shipping charges.

7) Lost, Delayed, or Damaged in Transit

• If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the package, check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier office first.
• Damage/shortage claims must be reported to support@priorityaminos.com within 2 business days of delivery, with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and contents.
• Carrier investigations may require additional processing time. Resolutions depend on carrier findings and available stock.

8) Changes & Cancellations

• Contact us immediately at support@priorityaminos.com with your order number for address corrections or cancellations. We cannot reroute or cancel once a shipment has been released to the carrier.

9) Compliance Statements (RUO)

• All applicable Research Products are labeled and sold for Research Use Only and are not intended for human or animal consumption or diagnostic/therapeutic use.
• We do not provide protocols, reagents, or instructions to research or use these products beyond vendor-supplied RUO documentation or Certificates of Analysis (COA) where available.
• Orders that in our judgment do not meet RUO compliance may be cancelled and refunded.

10) Returns & Refunds

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified error on our part. For full details, please see our Returns & Refunds Policy.

11) Holidays & Closures

We observe major U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed during closures will be processed on the next business day.
