Sensitive information: We do not intentionally collect health information or other sensitive personal information. If you voluntarily provide such information in free-text fields, we handle it per this Policy and minimize or delete it where feasible.
Children’s data: Our Services are intended for adults 18+ and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information, contact us to delete it.
2) How we use personal information

- Process orders, payments (including BACS/crypto), and fulfill purchases.
- Verify accounts and manage access controls (e.g., verified-only payment methods).
- Prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
- Communicate about orders, updates, and customer support.
- Analyze site performance and personalize content.
- Comply with legal obligations, tax/recordkeeping, and enforce our terms.
Legal bases for EEA/UK visitors: contract, legitimate interests (e.g., security, analytics), consent (where required for non-essential cookies/marketing), and legal obligations.
3) Cookies, analytics, and ads
We use essential cookies to operate the store (e.g., WooCommerce session and cart). With your consent (where required), we may use analytics and advertising technologies (e.g., measurement pixels) to understand performance and reach customers. You can manage preferences in your browser or device, and (where available) via our on-site cookie/settings controls.
Global Privacy Control (GPC) & opt-out signals: Where required by law (e.g., California), we honor valid browser-based opt-out preference signals such as GPC.
4) When we share information
- Service Providers/Processors: hosting, security, payment and anti-fraud tools, email/SMS providers, analytics, and customer support platforms—only as needed to perform services for us and under contracts that limit use.
- Payment Partners: your bank or crypto service may receive necessary information to process transactions (e.g., wallet address, transaction hash).
- Legal/Compliance: to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect rights, safety, and security.
- Business transfers: as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
We do not sell personal information for money. Some states (including CA) define “sale” or “sharing” to include certain advertising/analytics disclosures. Where our use of cookies/pixels would be deemed a “sale” or “sharing,” you may opt out as described below.
5) Your privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to: access/know, delete, correct, port your data; opt-out of certain processing (e.g., “sale”/“sharing” or targeted advertising); limit sensitive data use (where applicable); object/restrict processing (EEA/UK); and withdraw consent at any time.
How to exercise: Email support@priorityaminos.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject, or use our Do Not Sell or Share link if provided on the site. We verify requests and respond within legally required timelines (generally up to 45 days, extensions where permitted). If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision; if still unsatisfied, contact your state Attorney General or data protection authority.
California: We provide a Notice at Collection below and honor valid opt-out preference signals (e.g., GPC). Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf subject to verification.
EEA/UK: You may contact your local data protection authority. Cross-border transfers occur to countries outside your region (e.g., the U.S.) using appropriate safeguards (e.g., contractual protections).
6) Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information (e.g., HTTPS, access controls, least-privilege). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
7) Retention
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described, including fulfilling orders, complying with legal and tax obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements. Retention periods vary by record type (e.g., order/tax records may be retained for 3–7 years, subject to local law).
8) International transfers
If you access the Services from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries with data protection laws that may differ from your own. We implement appropriate safeguards for such transfers, as required by law.
9) Third-party links and integrations
The Services may link to or integrate with third-party sites/services (e.g., payment providers). Their practices are governed by their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.
