Effective date: August 22, 2025
This Research Use Only (RUO) Policy governs all products offered by Priority Aminos LLC (“Priority Aminos,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, receiving, or using our products, you (“Purchaser” or “End User”) agree to this Policy in addition to our Terms and Privacy Policy.
1) Scope & Core RUO Statement
All products sold by Priority Aminos are for laboratory research use only (RUO). Our products are not drugs, medical devices, dietary supplements, foods, cosmetics, veterinary products, or household chemicals. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, administration, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, or any other clinical use. Do not use our products in or on humans or animals, including for ex vivo/biological administration.
RUO products may be used solely for non-clinical, non-diagnostic laboratory research, such as basic research, bench testing, assay development, method evaluation, and educational laboratory instruction in appropriate facilities. Any other use is prohibited.
2) Purchaser Eligibility & Responsibilities
- Qualified users only: Purchaser represents that they are at least 18 years old and are trained, qualified, and equipped to handle laboratory research materials safely and lawfully.
- Compliance: Purchaser will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and institutional requirements (including facility safety programs, chemical hygiene plans, and any import/export controls).
- No resale/relabeling: Products may not be resold, repackaged, or relabeled without our prior written consent.
- Verification: We may require account verification and may restrict certain payment methods to verified customers. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders that indicate, or that we reasonably suspect indicate, misuse or unlawful use.
3) No Instructions or Materials Provided
Priority Aminos does not provide protocols, experimental designs, dosing guidance, medical advice, compounding services, or training materials. We do not supply any ancillary materials, including but not limited to syringes, needles, vials, or sterile supplies. The End User is solely responsible for determining suitability, methods, and safe handling within a lawful laboratory setting.
4) Product Form, Handling & Reconstitution
- Form: Research peptides are provided as lyophilized powder unless otherwise noted on the product page or Certificate of Analysis (COA).
- Reconstitution: If reconstitution is undertaken, it must be performed by qualified personnel using proper, sterile laboratory technique in appropriate facilities. Reconstitution media, volumes, sterile filtration, and any subsequent manipulations are the End User’s responsibility.
- Storage & stability: Follow any storage guidance stated on the COA or product page. Stability is influenced by handling, storage temperature, container integrity, light exposure, and other factors under End User control.
- Safety: Assess hazards before use. Wear appropriate PPE and follow your institution’s EHS requirements. Maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and label secondary containers as required.
5) Prohibited Uses

- Household, cosmetic, or food use.
- Compounding or manufacturing for clinical, pharmacy, or consumer products.
- Any use in violation of law or outside appropriate laboratory settings.
6) Documentation, COA & Traceability
- COA: We provide a Certificate of Analysis (COA) indicating lot-level quality attributes. A COA does not constitute certification for clinical use, GMP status, or regulatory approval.
- Public Lot: We may display a derived public lot identifier for customer-facing traceability. Internal vendor lot numbers and related QA records remain confidential.
- SDS: Where applicable under hazard communication rules, SDS are provided or made available on request for covered hazardous chemicals.
7) Quality, Warranty & Returns
- Limited warranty: Products will materially conform to the specifications stated on the applicable COA at the time of shipment.
- Exclusions: We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
- Inspection: Inspect shipments promptly upon receipt. For any nonconformity, contact us in writing within seven (3) days of delivery; otherwise, products are deemed accepted.
- Returns: For safety and integrity reasons, opened containers are not returnable. Return authorization is required for any permitted return.
8) Assumption of Risk, Indemnification & Limitation of Liability
Assumption of risk: Purchaser acknowledges the inherent hazards of research chemicals and assumes all risks associated with handling, storage, use, transfer, and disposal.
Indemnification: Purchaser agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Priority Aminos, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of Purchaser’s possession, handling, use, or disposal of the products, including any prohibited or unlawful use.
Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Priority Aminos shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages; our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
9) Regulatory Notes & Compliance
- RUO labeling: Where applicable, products may be labeled to indicate RUO status (e.g., “For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.”). RUO status does not permit clinical diagnostic use or any use otherwise regulated as a medical device or drug.
- Hazard communication: Where a product meets the definition of a hazardous chemical in your workplace, maintain and follow Safety Data Sheets (SDS), training, labeling, and other program elements required by applicable occupational safety rules.
- Local differences: Laws and definitions can vary by jurisdiction. The End User is responsible for ensuring lawful use under federal, state, and local requirements (and, if outside the U.S., under applicable national or regional frameworks).
10) Enforcement; Order Refusal
We may refuse, cancel, delay, or limit orders at our discretion where we believe additional verification is warranted or where we suspect misuse, diversion, or unlawful use. We may also require end-use assurances, proof of institutional affiliation, or other documentation before fulfillment.
